Our team consists of consultants, project managers, plumbers, tilers, electricians, cabinet makers and many more experienced trades to build your dream space.

Luke H
Directing Manager
Luke has been in the building industry for over 15 years. Starting off as a plumber, Luke has worked hard to achieve many career goals. He is an expert in design and consultation who consistently communicates effectively between his Lux team and clients. Luke has gained a respectful reputation in the construction industry due to his prompt, productive, and professional service. Luke is a family man who enjoys spending his time away from work with his young children and wife, having a beer at the pub with his mates and watching the footy.
Jason
Project Manager
Jason has over a decade of experience in successfully planning and overseeing projects in the building and construction industry. He has an in-depth background in wall and floor tiling, so his eye for the finer details and finishing touches are part of what makes him great at ensuring all projects are completed to satisfaction. He is a dedicated and reliable team member who consistently has a positive attitude. When Jason is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his four boys.
Jayson
Project Manager
Jayson was a skilled tiler for over 20 years before joining the Lux team in 2024. He prides himself on attention to detail and client satisfaction. Furthermore, Jayson strives to ensure every renovation is an enjoyable experience for all his clients. You'll find Jayson fishing or motorbike riding with his son when he's not overseeing renovations.
Sean
Labourer
Sean joined the Lux team as a labourer in 2022 and is a true "jack of all trades"! He plays an essential role in bringing renovations dreams to life, as the lead-hand on demolition and trade assistant.
Luke S
Plumber
Luke is our most experienced plumber and has been in the industry for 11 years. He enjoys plumbing and gains great satisfaction in seeing the finished results of his hard work, and knowing he's done everything possible to provide a neat and tidy plumbing service.
Jacob
Plumber
Jacob began his career with us as an apprentice and has since become a qualified Plumber. He enjoys the technical side of plumbing - learning new things and problem-solving solutions to complex situations that arises. In his free time, Jacob will likely be out on the golf course or playing ice-hockey.
Roy
Plumber
Roy started his career with us through workplace learning over four years ago. Whilst partaking in workplace experience, his eagerness to learn, can-do attitude and professionalism were immediately recognised. Roy completed his apprenticeship with us and is now a qualified Plumber. When Roy is not at work, he’s either tinkering in a car or hanging out with his mates.
Jack
Apprentice Plumber
Jack is our youngest apprentice who joined the Lux team in 2024. He is eager to learn and dedicates his all to any task he is presented with. Jack likes that each day in plumbing presents new challenges and experiences. In his spare time, he enjoys going camping.
Jeremy
Labourer
Jeremy joined the Lux team in 2024 and is our ultimate demolition man. His role in getting your room ready for its transformation is fundamental. When Jeremy isn't at work, he enjoys camping and playing footy.
Sally
Administrator
Sally has been part of the Lux team since 2021, working alongside her husband, Luke. She is responsible for a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into the daily running of a business. When Sally is not at work, she enjoys reading, running, and taking her children on adventures.
Elena
Bookkeeper
Elena has been in the Bookkeeping Industry for over 15 years. She is a Registered BAS Agent who strives to deliver accurate reporting. When Elena is not working, she enjoys long walks along the beach, being outdoors and spending time with her Husband and four children.
