One of our specialised consultants will come to you and spend time listening to your ideas and understand your lifestyle. With an idea in mind, our experts will provide advise and suggestions to fully optimise your renovation space. In addition, they will take some photos and record measurements of the space to ensure you get to sit back and relax whilst we do all the hard work.

The Lux specialists will use all the valuable information gathered from your consultation to design and plan your renovation and bring your ideas to life. This part can be very exciting, and it takes a great deal of planning to ensure the design is customised to you and will fit your lifestyle. As the specialist works to design your future bathroom you will be provided with a preliminary estimate for this investment. If required this can be fine-tuned later, to meet your needs and goals.

Your customised plan is further evaluated together, with you and the consultant. Questions are asked and queries are answered, and here you get to add the final touches.

Here is where you get to have some fun! You choose the materials, fixtures and fittings such as tiles, plumbing items, cabinetry and other additional features you wish to include in your project. Continual correspondence is provided to give you the best advice and assistance in selecting the ideal products to suit your renovation. We will provide you with a customised works schedule for the renovation process, so you know what to expect throughout your project.

When everything is planned and organised and you are happy to begin, we’ll start the renovation! During the renovation process we provide a project manager as your point of contact, this ensures you receive clear and direct communication about your project in addition to providing you with an easily accessible contact for any questions that may arise. The Lux team and trades work in collaboration with each other from commencement to completion, and here is a little snippet of how it works
